Cheesy Okra Fritters

by | May 5, 2015 | Breakfast & Snacks

In the month of April 2015 Chef Ajay Chopra launched a contest named ‘Charcha With Chopra’ and asked to prepare a high tea recipe with Okra (Lady’s finger) or Cauliflower as the main ingredient to be ready in 20 mins. I, scratched my head for an extra-ordinary recipe and then at the end of the month came up with my favorite ingredient ‘Cheese’ clubbed with Okra. Sent this recipe to him and today I am happy and proud to share that this has been chosen as the winning recipe of CharchaWithChopra Contest – Cheesy Okra Fritters. I am super excited and thrilled to share this winning recipe with you all.
