Cranberry Mint Lemonade
I just love making these coolers in summer. Something that will help us to beat the scorching heat… Cranberry Mint Lemonade is a refreshing mocktail that’ll soothe your nerves and relax our mind.

120 ml (4 oz or 8 tbsp) Cranberry Juice
Juice of 2 Lemons
15 ml (0.5 oz or 1 tbsp) Sugar syrup or as desired
10-15 Fresh Mint Leaves
Soda to Top Up
1. Crush the fresh mint leaves in a pestle and keep aside.
2. Now put ice cubes in a glass so as to fill it halfway. You may also use crushed ice here.
3. Now pour cranberry juice in the glass. Add in the lemon juice and the crushed mint leaves.
4. Pour the Sugar syrup.
5. Now top up with Soda. Mix with a stirrer.
6. Serve chilled.
